PLAMA fully automatic multi-layer co-extrusion blow moulding machine with four(4) extruders and in mould label system. This machine is installed Quadruple(4) Parison die head on twin station parallel movement mould platens, And this co-extrusion blow moulding machine can use recyced pe resin for reducing material cost if needs

Co - extruded bottles are using variously on the market for a wide range of different foods, medicals, cosmetics & chemicals filed.

The advantage of plastic bottles versus a glass bottles are the un-breakable, squeezability and the lighter weight.

And especially the layer combination and the wall thickness of the individual layer can be regulating separately according to the using of the bottles.

PE(160 μm/Adhesive(20 μm) / Evoh(20 μm)/Adhesive(20 μm)/Recyled Pe(310 μm)/PE(160 μm) (Each pe layer distribution and layer thickness is also changiable according to the purpose of using.)
