1. BLOW MOULDING MACHINE FOR EXTRA - LIGHT WEIGHT CANISTERS.

PLAMA fully automatic blow moulding system was special designed for producing extra-light weight pe canisters of 10ltr & 20 ltr volume along with special designed taps. This canister are very suitable for packaging mineral water as pe resin is not only very cheap than polycarbonate but aslo special function taps was designed for user-friendly.

Toproduce above light weight pe canisters, we are installation special designed parison die head system for thin parison and unformity thickness regulation. And extruder system is driven by a quite running ac motor with remote control from the operating panel for setting the rotational speed, and this extruder system are equiped with fan colling and excess voltage as well as themal overload protection. Extruder platforms of variable height permit adjustment to different extruder sizes, accumulator heads and dimensions. The screw and barrel has been subdivided into individually controllable heating and colling zones, with the respective nominal temperature being supervised by themo couples. And this special designed machine is installed fully automatic de - flashing trimming device and nect reaming device. Moreover micro computer control(mcc). For the automatic sequential control of the blow moulding machine. And the control panel of this machine are installed mako-6000 with monitor from barber colman with create repeatable.
